Our fantastic Zip Wire, also known as the rooftop rider opened in 2018. Since then, we've made thousands of memories and will continue to do so for years to come!
We received support to create a 100-metre aerial runway with 2 parallel lines. The Zip Wire starts from the roof, 25 metres off the ground, and guests can reach speeds of 35mph while zooming across our quarry.
The Zip Wire was built with the aim of increasing visitor numbers for our outdoor activity market, both day and residential. Doing this also creates skilled jobs for local people and to help stimulate the continued development of the activity centre, with wider benefit to local businesses in our supply chain.
